Rate limiting on the basis of query/header param

Can we set rate limiting based on a parameter (in query or header param) in case we don’t want to have authentication set up on Kong layer.

Not quite yet, although this feature definitely is on our radar! There
is currently an open Pull Request for header-based rate-limiting:

Feel free to jump in the conversation and let us know if it fits your

This seems to be on the basis of header param. I want it on the basis of query param also.
