[Konflux Community Outreach SIG] ANNOUNCEMENT: Fusing our bi-weekly Thursday call with the weekly community arch call

Hello everyone,

I'm writing to share an update regarding the Konflux Community Outreach SIG meetings. To streamline
our efforts and connect with a wider audience, we've decided to merge these meetings with our
regular weekly architecture calls. We believe this change will ultimately help us foster greater
collaboration in our community-building efforts.

This decision comes after observing consistently smaller attendance and limited standalone agendas
for the SIG meetings. By combining them, we aim to reduce the number of separate meetings while
opening up the SIG's discussions to a larger audience. This change was also supported by the
majority in an online poll hosted during yesterday's Konflux architecture call.

I'll be updating both the calendar invitation as well as the agenda Google doc Outreach SIG to
direct everyone to the Tuesday architecture call going forward.

PS: @rbean you might want to rename the architecture call to just "Konflux community call", what do
you think?

Thanks for sending this out. I think I've got the renaming done in the calendar, the notes doc, and in the community repo. Anywhere else?
