Needed: konflux election official

Hi all,

We need to hold our first election soon for a seat on the Konflux governance committee: https://github.com/konflux-ci/community/blob/main/governance.md#konflux-governance

We've never held one before! To help figure it out, we need someone to volunteer to act as an election official who can help lead us through setting up rules and processes for this one.
