[ai-sig] Forming AI SIG

Looking ahead to the decentralization of build-definitions, there are a couple tasks in there that are used for building AI related things: the oci-copy task and the modelcar tasks, for instance. I expect we'll gain some more over time. I'm looking now at making a PoC of a build task that uses `llm-compressor` to optimize a model for inference on vllm / llm-d [1][2].

I want to start an AI SIG team in github that we can use to group maintainers of those things [3]. If you're interested in helping maintain and build that stuff out, let me know and I'll add you to the list. If there's enough of us, we'll get some channel established to share info.

AI SIG could also be about introducing AI features to Konflux, perhaps this would the the AI building SIG?

That's a good call out. It could also include in scope things related to "DAST" of models, like model fuzzing, in the future. So could be, "ai-ssc" or, a better name?

I guess "as-ssc" means "AI Secure Supply Chain" which I guess does indicate its about the supply chain for AI components as opposed to using AI in the supply chain. But this wasn't immediately obvious for me, do we have to have short names or can we spell it out?

Well, it needs a team name in github like @konflux-ci/ai-sig or @konflux-ci/kgc

I already created the team name (as ai-sig) but it's easy to change.

Well, we went ahead and merged it with the terse name "ai-sig", and a month later I see the wisdom of your concern Barak. It would be nice to have a github team to maintain https://github.com/konflux-ci/skills but it doesn't overlap with the mission of the ai-sig discussed in this thread.

Proposal:

* Let's rename all the current ai-sig stuff to secure-ai-sig.

* Let's create a new team called using-ai-sig that can own things like that claude skills repo. I'm assuming here that more things will get created in the coming months and years to warrant a standalone using-ai-sig with people to maintain things like that.
