Wondering how one would store and print Unicode such as "E♭F♯G♮"...

If you have an UTF-8 console it is simple.

Thank you, Pahihu.  I was running Klong (K-variant) off of the Windows CMD window and it wouldn't display the full notes.  After your comment I tried running it in a Git Bash window, and it worked just fine.
