friend needs help with Yahoo mail

Anyone out there good with Yahoo mail? An 83 year old mac user friend
of mine has been getting daily quotes sent to her for years, and about
a month ago they stopped. I have tried everything i know to help her,
including reSetting filters, and emailing Yahoo for help. They were
NO help. If anybody in the group could help, this sweet kupuna would
be ever so grateful...

Hi Jeri
Did you check to see if they are being sent to her spam folder or
going somewhere else? If not, are you sure the sending agency is still
sending to the correct address?
