Aloha everyone,

Summer has been seemingly a little cool. We are still in the 80s so
don't worry but normally since we have lived here it was warmer.

We continue to get enough rain but we are still about 50% behind last
year. Hopefully the pace of rainfall increases.

Right now I expect the crop to be about the same size as what we were
able to process last year. We lost a fair amount due to the drought in
2009 so I think the harvest will be small.

The trees are generating new growth and verticals to replace those
lost due to the drought.

More later, hope for sunny mornings and rainy afternoons!

Mahalo,

Aloha,

The beneficial rains that we needed are continuing. We're still behind
but the rains keep coming.

The rain keeps coming which is good. The Kona coffee trees are
recovering from the drought. Our crop is likely to equal last year,
which was smaller, but if it comes in the same that will be a
blessing.
