This e-mail serves as an announcement of a vacancy in HR Department as follows; 

 

Position                                   :  HR Generalist

 

Department                             :  HR Department

 

Location                                  :  Cikarang

 

Position brief:

The HR Generalist position will report to Plant HR Manager. The incumbent is expected to assist the Plant HR Manager in the area of MOD covering Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development and Organizational reporting; C&B and also Industrial Relation Matter.

 

Minimum education:

A Bachelor Degree in Business / Psychology / Economic or equivalent from a recognized University. The suitable candidate should have some exposure in manpower planning; recruitment and staffing; performance management and training coordination.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

The suitable candidate should possess the required functional skills such as designing recruitment and staffing activities, analysing organizational training needs and delivering HR training programs.  He or she should have excellent written and oral communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia and must be able to do standing presentation.
