to KOMA Instructors
Hello Team!

There are a few updates and some information I want to make sure to communicate in regards to my schedule for the next few weeks. As my college semester comes to a close, my primary focus for the upcoming weeks is to complete my exams and projects. I wanted to let you all know that I will continue to be at the studio but that my availability will be limited. As my schedule is modified, I wanted to share how these changes would potentially affect our instructor group. These modifications will start today and end December 10th.

1. Daily Big 3 Huddles: Unfortunately, I will not be available to do our Big 3 meetings. Everyday, I've been either connecting with you in person or reviewing your boards for completion. At this time, I will remove all Big 3 meetings from our calendars and re-establish those times after December 10th. I still ask that you complete your Big 3 daily as I will continue checking everyday!

2. Level Promotion Tests & Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: Because many of these have been scheduled weeks in advance or are a recurring meeting, I will do my best to attend all. If I have a school conflict, I will reach out to you to reschedule ASAP. If you've looked at your calendar and realize that you are unavailable to meet during our scheduled time, I ask that you please let me know ASAP, so that we can reschedule.

3. "Free Time" & Days Off: To clarify, I use the phrase "Free Time" quite loosely as I only mean the times not dedicated to training or teaching classes. In the next few weeks, you may find me locked away in a room trying to complete tasks. As always, I'm happy to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have. However, I will need to dedicate a good portion of my day to completing school work. Additionally, I may take a few half-days off from work (I'll inform everyone, as well). On these days, when I'm at the studio, I'll do my best to check-in with everyone; however, once I leave, I will likely not answer any Slack messages or emails unless they are urgent.

I greatly appreciate your support over these next few weeks and want you to know that while I want to be there to support everyone, it will need to look a little different. With that said, please, do not hesitate to reach out if you do need anything, as I will do my best to address as soon as I can!

Thank you all for your consistent hard work!

Ms. Long
