Instructor Black Belt Testing

Hello Instructors,

A few important notes regarding Instructor Testing and Saturday's Assessments & BB Testing.

1. On Thursday, November 5 - all instructors need to be at NOL for training (PT instructors are welcome if schedules allow!). We will be doing a rehearsal for assessments, which will be a "all-hands-on-deck" process. 

2. On Friday, November 6 - all instructors will be testing for their next level/Dan starting at 12:00 PM. Please, wear your white uniform. The testing should not last longer than 30 minutes due to other responsibilities that we will need to complete (details below). 

• (After testing) - all staff/instructors will be filming with Ms. Peterson (should have received a calendar invite as well). Instructors will wear their white uniforms.
• (After testing) - all instructors will sign the boards that will be broken by our color belts. This will mitigate the after-assessment traffic that often occurs, therefore allowing for better social-distancing.
• (After testing) - we will do a quick rehearsal of assessments/testing at SOP. 
• (After classes) - all instructors who had been teaching will stay to clean studio after classes end, considering there are no Prep Classes or other special events. (To clarify, there will be no noonday cleaning; this will take its place.)
  

3. On Saturday, November 7 - all instructors need to arrive at their respective studios by 8:30 AM. Please, wear your navy uniform. Also, please come prepared to fulfill the role you were previously assigned.
