Need help in getting clarification for the below mentioned queries

Hi All,

As per the Bank procedure one of the Valuer from the Bank visited Kolte Patil Raaga site and he currently requires clarification for the below mentioned queries.

1) A BDA Master Plan Road is shown as means of Access - does this physically exist?

2) The Land share is very low compared to BUA - what is the FSI permitted; Sanctioned is 3 though Zoning shows 1.75 allowed?

6) Survey map of property is landlocked Agricultural Land -Pl clarify.

Has anyone here faced the same problem and already have answer for these queries ? If Yes, please let me know the relevant documents to be referred.
