We thank you for your association with us and providing the continuous support from the date you have booked an apartment with us till date.
We regret the inconvenience caused due to the extension of the possession date for our project Raaga – Phase 1 and we are at the faster pace of construction activity. Currently external and internal plastering work is going on in full swing and flooring work will also commence shortly. We are expecting the apartment would be ready for interiors (wood work) tentatively between Feb-2016 to March-2016. The latest construction photographs will be shared for your ready reference as and when the milestone activity completes at the site.
Rest assured that the apartments will be ready for interiors as mentioned above and we at Kolte Patil, provide utmost care on the construction quality and the set procedures are followed strictly.
We once again assure you and very confident that the final product will delight you beyond the expectation.
Kindly note that we are providing the below mentioned upgraded specifications in your apartment as a goodwill gesture.
· Laminated Wooden Flooring in Master Bedroom.
· DTH/Internet connection Infrastructure.
· UPVC Three track windows with mosquito mesh.
· Geysers, Mirror, Exhaust Fan and Towel Hangers of reputed make in Master Bedroom Toilet.
Also, request you to make the outstanding payment if any, which is due towards your apartment at the earliest. Any delay in making the payment will affect the construction progress at the site, due to this the handover of the apartment may be delayed.
Kindly note that, the customer cooperation in making the payment on or before the due date will facilitate us in completing the work at site and handing over of the possession of your apartment in time.
As you are aware that the delayed payments will attracts interest as per the terms of the contract.
