Hello all, just wondering how easy it is sell apartment here. What is your experience with selling if anyone tried. I am feeling Koltepatil took us for a ride. My apartment is still not ready. They are not responding to email about status. Have any of you guys filed a suit for the delay or thinking about it. I am very unhappy about these guys. There must be a way to make these guys accountable. Appreciate feedback.
