I guess quarry blast is stopped and not much activity at least for last 6 months.
High court appeal is much possible by the Plaintiff (land owner) but out of 100 or 500 cases, 3 or 4 such orders which favours plaintiff.
but I don't think he may move to high court, since the high court takes the lower court reference and passes the ordinance.
Now RAAGA has priced to Rs.4500/- and they are not bringing down their price. This means the builder is confident about the product having clear titles and commanding prices apt to the market.
I think possession will be a delay atleast till Aug'16

IV. While KPDL seems to be using the slow payment from buyers as an excuse for the slow work progress, it seems only an excuse. As most of the people who have shared their views here seem to have made a major chunk of the payment. I have myself paid all the demand notes sent till date (i.e around 80-85% of total payments). Hence is there a way we take this up strongly with KPDL? Individual followups may not help much as they would hide behind standard and oft repeated excuses. At least they should agree to pay delay related compensation for those who have made their payments on time.

Please let me know your thoughts.
