Hi All,

Just an FYI.

I went to Raaga site yesterday and they mentioned that they have stopped sales of Phase 2. They are selling Phase 1 units only. The square feet rate is 4500/- and they mentioned few blocks are empty in Phase 1.

Phase 1 hand over - Sep 2016 and Phase 2 in Sep 2017.

I did see few construction workers on Phase 2. This project looks iffy.

Are they now defering the possession for phase 1 to Sep 2016? What happened to the feb-mar 2016 commitment they had made??
Also did anyone get an update on the monthly rental Kolte Patil was supposed to pay in case of possession delayed beyond Sep 2015 as per agreement?

Hi Nikesh,

From what i heard, phase 1 possession is deferred to Sep 2016. 

Phase 1 just has the structure, they are still to look into the plastering.

Also did anyone get an update on the monthly rental Kolte Patil was supposed to pay in case of possession delayed beyond Sep 2015 as per agreement?
