Hi Mayank,

True, they have been unusually quiet, last i got a mail from their CRM Team asking for the due payment because there would be revision in service tax from April onwards.

I also spoke with john about 2-3 weeks back, what he told me was the same as what they had been telling us that the litigation in nearing its closure and since they have a strong case, they will not likely go for a settlement.

About the construction status, I was told that it was getting delayed because people are not paying up in time and we can expect completion by December. 

If anyone has any other update, please do tell us.

In last 4 month construction work has slowed down or its on hold. From my information Koltepatil has not done payments to their vendors which will result into furthet delay.  they have started their 2nd project and that has shifted their focus and resource.

So I am doubtful about December 2015 date.

Went to the site on 1 May , Uploading latest pics .. With current status , it looks to be delayed . Also the Nearby property from Supertech ( 100 mtr away ) construction is @ 2nd floor .  I asked About the Quary & was told that they  don't hear blasts happening any more .

Thanks for this info on "post September payment". Can you please let us know for our awareness and knowledge,which part of the contract specifies this and how theat compensation will be calculated ?
