People are trying to sync calendar on > ICS devices. Release a ICS APK as
it works on Arthurs device.

I just merged the current master back into the ics branch. So maybe we can
use the ICS branch as the new master now because I implemented a version
check for the calendar to be compatible with 2.x and 4.x.

@Arthus: Please create an apk yourself and test it so you can release it
officially.

Tested KolabDroid-0.9.4-ics.apk on android 4.2.2 - works fine, as did the
previous versions of the ics branch I had compiled myself (with about 200
contacts, 1000 calendar items).
