When attempting to synchronise the Calendar with Kolab on the SGS3, the
application crashes.

Is this to do with Samsung not using the Google calendar app?

I think I have a fix to this problem.

Looking at the backtrace in the error reports, the problem is an unknown
column name "displayName".

Looks like this is called calendar_displayName now:
http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/providers/calendar-provider.html

There is a variable that can be used instead of hardcoding the name:
CalendarContract.Calendars.CALENDAR_DISPLAY_NAME

Can anybody fix this? I'm willing to test the new version.
