If your Google Account is through work, school, or another group, you can use Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook (GWSMO) to synchronize your account with Outlook. Then, you can access the synchronized information (Gmail and other Google Workspace products, such as Google Drive) in Outlook on any device where you use your Google Account.

Email, calendar events, and contacts regularly sync between Google Workspace and Outlook. Some other types of data aren't synchronized or are formatted differently in certain Google Workspace products, such as Gmail.

If your Amazon WorkSpaces administrator has enabled it, you can integrate your WorkSpace with Amazon WorkDocs. You can use Amazon WorkDocs to store, sync, and share your files. WorkDocs can automatically back up documents on your WorkSpace and sync documents to and from other devices such as a PC or Mac, so that you can access your data regardless of which desktop you are using.

In the next dialog box, a folder is suggested for the location of your synced files. The default folder is D:\Users\WorkSpaceUserName\WorkDocs. To specify a different folder, choose Change. After you've made your choice, choose Next.

Choose which files you'd like to sync (either Sync only the files and folders I select from WorkDocs or Sync all files and folders from WorkDocs). To finish setting up, choose Next.

Install WorkDocs Drive on any other computers or devices that you'd like to sync files between. You can download the WorkDocs Drive client from When you log in to WorkDocs Drive, make sure to use your WorkSpace registration code, username, and password, as described earlier in this procedure.

Thank you Monika. I called Adobe Support and was told I had to recreate my workspaces. Previously I moved them over from the old computer onto the new computer (same folder), but that did not work. That does work with After Effects though. Copying the workspace files also works with Ps.

Every new release, I have to set my laptop and desktop up to match from Adobe's default settings (I'm sorry migration hasn't worked in years, at least not for a Mac). Given the Adobe now apparently thinks we don't acutally want to use 80% of the tools, making the default workspaces completely baren (I'm sorry, but HOW do you work in InDesign w/o having the styles windows active?), every update is completely worthless till I spend half an hour reactivating tools.

That isn't the point. The point is, I want to have what we used to have. If i setup a workspace, it would sync. If I changed the space, it would sync. As it stands now, when I work on a project, I have to constantly copy my spaces back and forth between my devices.

I ended up just subscribing to Obsidian Sync. Not saying everyone needs to go do that, but it works really well, and I love being able to sync my notes abroad without having to VPN back to my home server. The convenience is nice, and I got tired of fighting Syncthing (I still use it to sync my pictures and music to and from my server)

You can import users from Google Workspace into Apple Business Manager. When this occurs, you merge Apple Business Manager properties (such as roles) with user account data imported from Google Workspace. The account information is added as read-only until you turn off syncing. At that time, the accounts become manual accounts, and attributes in these accounts can then be edited. The initial sync takes longer to perform than subsequent cycles.

You can import users from Google Workspace into Apple School Manager. When this occurs, you merge Apple School Manager properties (such as grade level and roles) with user account data imported from Google Workspace. The account information is added as read-only until you turn off syncing. At that time, the accounts become manual accounts, and attributes in these accounts can then be edited. The initial sync takes longer to perform than subsequent cycles.

After you authorize Google Workspace sync, you need to grant access to the Google Super Admin account. This is a Google best practice and needed for providing a single set of identity management controls across all Google services, including Cloud Identity.

After you authorize sync with Google Workspace, you can import users that exist in Google Workspace but do not yet exist in JumpCloud. A modal opens with a list of existing active Google Workspace user accounts.

After you enable group management for your Google Workspace directory sync integration in JumpCloud, add the email attribute for user groups bound to that Google Workspace directory. If you don't add an email address to these groups, users in bound groups could be suspended until one is added. See Specifying Distribution Groups below to learn how to add an email address for groups.

When you bind JumpCloud user groups to a Google Workspace directory, users in those groups are added to those same distribution groups in Google Workspace. Distribution group membership, in addition to user attributes and passwords, will be synced. See Giving JumpCloud Users Access to Google Workspace to learn how to bind user groups to a Google Workspace Directory.

Specify one or more domains as part of the integration configuration to have more granular control over which user accounts sync and how the translation rule for the email to User Principal Name (UPN) mapping is applied. There are three (3) possible configurations: no domains, a list of one or more domains but no default, and a list of one or more domains with one of those domains used as a default for the UPN translation rule. Each configuration is described in more detail below.

After you authorize syncing for your Google Workspace directory, you can specify users and groups to manage from JumpCloud through the sync by associating them to that Google Workspace directory. Users can be given access to a Google Workspace directory either directly or through a user group.

You can also connect a user or user group from the Google Workspace directory sync configuration page. Navigate to Cloud Directories, select the Google Workspace Directory, select the Users or User Groups tab, then select the user(s) or user group(s) you want to give access to the Workspace directory and click save.

To resolve connection issues, you may need to reactivate Google Workspace sync. You may also need to reactivate Google Workspace sync to refresh tokens for the Google Super Admin user account that maintains a persistent connection with JumpCloud through OAuth2.0.

If you're experiencing connection issues or need to refresh tokens for privileged users, reactivate sync for the Google Workspace domain rather than deactivating the sync. Deactivation breaks sync for a Google Workspace directory and disconnects all connected users and groups. Only deactivate sync for a Google Workspace directory if you no longer need it to sync with JumpCloud.

What I notice is that within the robot's copy of the workspace, most, (if not all), of the files are now either "modified" or "untracked" and updating my GitHub repo from the 'bot will cause all kinds of confusion.

An additional advantage is that if you have to duplicate or clone the robot's workspace, or restore the workspace from a backup, (you DO have your projects in a separate folder don't you?), all the "vscode" and "git" information is located there too and you can re-open your project after moving it with everything intact.

To access to the workspace Sync function you first open up vault and once you are in you go to the top there you will see the Quick Sync tab. It will show you a dropdown menu and from there you see the Workspace Sync option. Click it to move forward to the sync settings.

The synchronization settings, allows a user to specify which files in the workspace should automatically be deleted, whether or not to remove empty folders, and can even set an expiration date for local files.

The Sync drop down at the top of the screen gives two options: Quick Sync and Workspace Sync. Workspace Sync will display a window before starting. The user has the option to change the synchronization settings before proceeding.

Is it possible to sync collections with github so that every team member can download the collections from git into Postman, update the collections and sync them back to git? Again, the collections downloaded to postman must be saved locally.

One last question: If we would opt for the manual export and sync solution whitout a Postman account. Will it be possible to import our collections manually to gitHub and run them with newman directly in our CLI?

Dendron will first commit all your changes, then pull changes from the remote, and finally push everything back to the remote. This workflow is good in most cases: private notes, internal shared vaults, or your personal writings. This workflow doesn't work as well in some cases however, so we offer per-vault configuration options which you can use to adjust how your notes are synchronized.

Dendron can automatically detect merge conflicts and rebases, stash and restore your local changes when pulling if needed, and warn you about misconfigured remotes. Make sure to look at the message Dendron shows you after the sync is completed to see if there were any errors.

You can set these configuration options in your dendron.yml, either for each vault with the sync option, or for all workspace vaults with the workspaceVaultSync option. The configuration will look like this:

Dendron will try to synchronize everything: Dendron will first commit all your changes, then pull changes from the remote, and finally push everything back to the remote. This is the default for regular vaults.

Pull and push updates if the workspace is clean, but don't commit. You manually commit your local changes, but automatically share them once you committed. This is good for vaults where you want to write a meaningful commit message and control what is being committed, for example a shared knowledge base or wiki. This is the default for Workspace Vaults.
