But by Rufus it can be seen as "NO_LABEL (Disk 2) [16GB]".I just selected "boot section" dropdown menu to "not bootable", clicked "start" in Rufus. And voila my USB stick is now again recognized in windows :)
where archlinux-version-x86_64.iso is the path to the iso image file within the cygwin directory and \\.\x: is your USB flash drive where x is the windows designated letter, e.g. \\.\d:.
your rufus guide falls at the second step ( boot selection) . Your instructions to click on select, trouble is my computer wants to what file, you pointedly left out what file I need to input to continue, I assume it is some iso and my computer says no iso file exists. I have never used rufus before and need all the help I can get.
Great post pbaren - just tested injecting a vib and apart from having to manually download the menu.c32 file to \rufus_files\syslinux-4.07\ it worked flawlessly (our proxy was blocking the automatic download of the menu.c32 file through rufus).
