Hi to All,
How to scale properly the Kojo application?
On my laptop with 4K resolution everything is very tiny.

Please run the following command in the Kojo script editor:

print(screenDPI)

What's the output from this?

Regards,
- Lalit

Would you say that Kojo is usable at this resolution? Or are the fonts too small?

Also please report the screenDPI at 4k resolution.

Lemme think about a fix for this.

It is usable if you stay close to the display and have healthy eyes.
For remote session the video quality is not good enough for so much details.

On 4K it is 96.
Doesn't change on any change of screen resolution. (tested with connected but disabled external 24 inch FHD monitor)

Hi Waldemar,

I've put out a build for experimentation:
https://bitbucket.org/lalit_pant/kojo-g/downloads/kojoInstall-2.4.11.jar

Steps to try this out:
- download Kojo from the above link and install
- create a file called ~/.kojo/lite/kojo.properties
- put the following line in the file
font.increase=5
- start Kojo
- see how the fonts look
- tweak the font.increase number in kojo.properties

Let me know how this goes...

Where this properties file should be if I have windows?

The full path of the props file should be this:
C:\Users\username\.kojo\lite\kojo.properties

The containing directory (C:\Users\username\.kojo\lite) should already exist if you have run Kojo on that machine:

Any updates on this, Waldemar?

Also, for high-res screens, it's a good idea to use the Jetbrains JRE:
