hi,

i work on Koha Live CD, i've done backup koha's database in deffirent ways (mysqldump, phpmyadmin, ....) when i try to restore it, the books' data do not restore to catalogue but to resorvior, anyone have a solution to this problem, please.

that maybe your imported records into koha .Check the tables of koha - biblio,biblioitems and items to know properly restored it.If so u should run rebuild_zebra.pl -a -b -r for  index the records restored....

To rebuild the zebra, open a terminal and go to the location of koha installation. Suppose, if the location of Koha installation is /usr/share/koha, then type cd /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools. Then issue ./rebuild_zebra.pl -b -r -v -w to reindex the zebra index.

Run this script as koha user
                                                                                      
                                                                            
   sudo perl -I /usr/share/koha/lib  /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -a -b -r -v

You should export the koha environment variables to work this script.Also put it in the cron tab for timely indexing.In live CD this is Ok .

thanx, it's work, i appreciate your efforts,  how can i delete biblo in resorvior ?

Just go to   Tools > Manage staged records  You can see all the imported records there.If you want to empty just click clean.......All the imported records from database will be deleted
