Delete patrons does not work !

hi all,
i installed koha using kohalivecd. when i try delete member, it does
not work. atleast does not popup any message.

please help

In some cases, the page may not have loaded properly. You can notice this if the "delete" button is an underlined link instead of a drop-down menu. If this is the case, log out and close your browser, then log in again.

thanks for quick reply.
i tried several times logout and login then try to delete. but
unfortunatly it does not work for me. i can not display Delete
dropdown menu, display only delete hyperlink.

if you can please help,

Try clearing the browser cache. If that still doesn't work, try reinstalling it or try different browsers.

i tried several browser ie, firefox and googlecrome. but does'nt work.
"edit, change password, .., permisions " are also display as
hyperlinks. but works fine . but delete does not work. i create
testdelete member and try to delete it. but it also does not work.

if any helps., please..

The other links work because they don't depend on javascript. Do you have javascript enabled?

Whenever I come across this problem, I press Reload and it works. I'm sorry that I don't know how to solve this beyond that.

You can also try using other languages (e.g. en-NZ, or some other languages that you know). Some of those languages structure their pages differently and may happen to work.

phpmyadmin. if can what are the tables to consider..

As far as I know this problem is from upstream (i.e. exists in original koha, not just the live cd) so you might try asking this in the koha community mailing list.

As I said, upstream means that this problem comes from Koha itself, not from the Live CD. Even if you installed Koha manually using Koha downloaded from the koha-community.org you'd still have this problem.

However, this problem does not always occur (in fact I seldom encounter it).
