to Koha Live CD by Mizstik
Hi,
I've tried to create a bootable DVD of R8, and the BIOS has been
adjusted to start up with the DVD drive, but nothing happens. I did
this with just the ISO file burnt to a DVD, and then another disk
where the files and folders have been directly burnt to disk [preseed,
isolinux, casper, [BOOT], .disk, ubuntu, md5sum and README.disk
defines] however I got the same result.
I can see the boot menu when I run the ISO in a VirtualMachine, but
can't go any further (although my real comp is 64-bit, the
VirtualMachine won't handle it).
I then tried the same with the R6 - in the VirtualMachine I can
successfully install R6 from the ISO, but not when burning it to a DVD
for installation on my actual computer.
Is there another way to install this, maybe through something like
Wubi? I'd like to have a second partition with this system on, but it
seems that I am only able to run this via a Virtual Machine.
Cheers,
Jurgens
