Kogito for Workstream Application

We have developed a mobile app that allows various entities to onboard and then join hierarchical work-streams that reflect the organisation's organogram. The admins invite user to their groups and assign roles to them. 

The workstreams have typical instat messaging and video conference functionality and includes polls, controlled documents, issues and tasks.

The next step is to integrate the app with Kogito. We have developed something like this before using a combination of React Native, Camunda and Twilio. Using BPM we can expose user tasks in the task page on the app, but also within the workstreams. The users and role assignments can define the scope of who can own and adopt the task. There would be no need for email notifications.

The MVP for the app has been developed using Flutter and Firebase. The data model is fairly simple. We are concerned that the cost of Firebase may prove prohibitive and we are open to using a diffifrent database. This opens upon the possibility that we build ontop of Kogito's database and make use of its user management functionality.

We will be looking for developers and professionals to help us set up the Kogito environment in a low cost sandbox environmnet so that we can integrate, test and customize and then later make standard BPM processes available for everybody to adopt. This will inevitably lead to our customers needing their own BPM processes and we would like to build an community of BPM professionals that can offer this service.
