it is possible to change the names of kafka topics used in data-index.

Hello All,

I noticed that when I launch the data-index pod it creates these topics (kogito-processinstances-events ,kogito-usertaskinstances-events) on its own.

In our company we have a policy of naming kafka topics, there is a way to modify the properties file or override the properties of the configuration on the data-index side.

Ps : I use kogito-data-index-postgresql
