Setup Kogito with Business Central

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to setup Drools rule engine in our kubernetes cluster. I was reading online and see that kogito is the best cloud native solution available, I have few questions. 

1) I see that we can publish Rest endpoints while writing rules/dmn in kogito application and then deploy it. Based on our requirement, we have to use business central so that business analyst/Data analyst should be able to modify or create new rules. if with the help of githook, we push changes from business central to kogito, and then deploy it, how can i expose/create rest endpoint as i am not exposing any endpoints in the kogito app explicitly and just pushing the changes from business central? 

2) Also, do we need kie server when working with kogito? In case of kie server, when we generate kjar from business central, we can deploy it in the kie container and that gives us rest endpoint? is there something similar approach using kogito as well?

If someone can give basic layman steps on how to implement business central with kogito, given changes will be made using business central, that will help me a lot to get started. Thanks a lot in advance.
