Sharing components & process data between workflows

If I have multiple workflows in the same project, but I want certain workflows to share the same components, is there a way I'm supposed to do that besides copying & pasting? (e.g. having one workflow to match book IDs to users and another workflow to match movie IDs to users, but I want the sequence to find the users to be in both workflows).

 

Additionally, are you able to share process data across multiple workflows/is there a way to declare a global variable within the BPMN model?
