New Spring Boot Dev Console for Kogito

Hi all,

While porting my own Kogito 10.2.0 projects to Spring Boot, I missed
the Dev UI experience we have on Quarkus, so I opened an upstream PR
adding a Spring Boot Dev Console for Kogito process applications:

Since this will only be available in the next release, I published a
temporary stop-gap add-on so Kogito 10.2.0 users don't need to wait:

I also published a Spring Boot compact architecture reference app using it:

ps: Once this is available in an upstream release, I’ll sunset the
temporary repository.
