Issue in starting the Kafka and Zookeeper in the process-usertask-springboot-with-console

Hi,

   I was trying to go through the example of process-usertask-springboot-with-console. I am getting error while starting the services. The zookeeper and the kafka fails to start

I have tried different version of the strimzi images and still getting the error. Can someone help me with this

This is because I was trying to run them in M1/M2 Mac and seems this is not an issue with intel /amd based laptops..
