Override/Mock System Clock with Timer Nodes in Kogito

Hi all,

I'm building simulation capabilities into my Kogito application. I'd like to be able to run "what-if" scenarios and see how a process would work given different constraints. This means running processes in faster-than-real-time. Is there  a way to override the clock used by Timer Nodes and the In-Memory Jobs Service? I noticed there are several calls in Kogito to ZonedDateTime.now(), so it seems like time is not override-able right now.
