The same file I can't open with the new editor gives me an error when I build it in a Kogito project:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal io.quarkus:quarkus-maven-plugin:2.0.1.Final:build (default) on project PHM-Processes-Kogito: Failed to build quarkus application: io.quarkus.builder.BuildException: Build failure: Build failed due to errors
[ERROR]         [error]: Build step org.kie.kogito.quarkus.common.deployment.KogitoAssetsProcessor#generateModel threw an exception: org.kie.kogito.codegen.process.ProcessCodegenException: Error while elaborating process id = "PHM-Processes.Trigger", packageName = "com.health_insurance.phm_processes": null
[ERROR]         at org.kie.kogito.codegen.process.ProcessCodegen.generate(ProcessCodegen.java:297)

There are other three processes in the same directory with the same packageName and they all build.

Of course the same file builds in Business Central and in the PAM Maven set up from the command line.

Maurizio,

Not sure about this specific issue, but what I can say is that
unfortunately, we have two different marshallers - one for Business
Central that works on the backend, and one that has been adapted from
the backend to work on the client side for VS Code.

So, in other words, although it works most of the time, there's a
chance to have differences.
