Management and Task Console not working

Getting "Error fetching data" when trying to open Management Console (both "Process Instances" and "Jobs Management') and Task Console. Attached the screenshot and the ChromeDevToolsConsole log.

The error was with setting the KOGITO_DATAINDEX_HTTP_URL -> it should be http://<IP>:<PORT>/graphql and NOT http://<IP>:<PORT>/graphiql
