Kogito missing from quarkus extensions

Hello

I tried to add a kogito extension to a quarkus app but the extension could not be found.

I tried adding https://quarkus.io/extensions/org.kie.kogito/kogito-addons-quarkus-events-decisions, using:

`quarkus ext add org.kie.kogito:kogito-addons-quarkus-events-decisions`

But it come up with an error (unfortunately I didnt save the error).

Similarly, if I click the `Try this extension` I get this:

Hi Anton,

There's no working Kogito on Quarkus 3.x yet (2.16.12 is the last one). I've already discussed subject and it's work in progress.
