A Doorway to Hope Volunteer Night

Worthy Sir Knights,

I hope everything is going well. A Doorway to Hope presented prior to our May meeting and I know there was a lot of interest in supporting them. After discussing with them, we are going to volunteer next Thursday, July 23rd alongside Council 6650. I am working on setting up a night with 7186 as well. There are eight slots open for us. The link for the signup is below.  It will be serving meals for underserved families in the area. Some of the relevant information is below:

Instructions: Arrive by 5:15pm, check in with the Site Coordinator. You will be given one of the following jobs: 1) food server, 2) child play supervisor, 3) educational play supervisor, 4) floater

Additionally, there are some other volunteer opportunities with them for the summer foods program. They are short this Thursday, July 16h, so if you have some free time then, consider signing up. You can find the link to sign up for other nights here.
