Assembly Meeting/Budget

Worthy Sir Knights,

This is a reminder that we have a meeting tonight at Fellowship Hall at St. Andrew's. During the meeting we will be going over the budget for the 2026-2027 fraternal year. I have attached the budget that we will be going over in case you wanted to review beforehand. There are also some notes for each line item in the budget. I have also included the 2025-2026 budget for reference so you can compare what is in it for the upcoming year. There are two attachments, one is an excel version of the budget, the other is just the same budget printed to pdf so you can view whichever way is most comfortable to you. I will have some copies printed for the meeting, but feel free to print your own as well. If there are any changes to it during the meeting, I will send out the revised proposal following the meeting so we can vote on it at the July meeting.

Attached is the proposed budget with the changes discussed in last night's meeting. The changes were:

• Item 10.2: Reduced to $1,250 to more accurately reflect dues collections.
• Item 15.2: Added per request for a ladies night during the year.
• Item 15.3: Increased to $1,500 to more accurately reflect the pancake breakfast donations.
