to Gonyea Council KofC Barney, kofc ladies
Worthy Brothers & Ladies,

It has been brought to my attention that some attendees expressed concerns about pets being present in the hall during our Fish Fry dinners.  In order to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone, I respectfully ask that all Knights and Ladies refrain from bringing dogs to the FryDay Fish Fry unless they are certified therapy or service animals.

We also want to avoid setting a precedent that might encourage guests to bring their own pets, which could become disruptive and create challenges for our volunteers and diners.  Therapy and service animals, of course, are always welcome.

I understand that volunteering at the Fish Fry often requires several hours of service and that this can make it difficult to leave a pet at home.  I kindly ask that you make appropriate arrangements when possible.

Finally, we must ensure that we remain in full compliance with local Board of Health regulations.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to keep our FryDay Fish Fry enjoyable and welcoming for all.

Vivat Jesus,
Tom
