Good Morning, Brother Knights & Ladies,
I can't believe that this is our last fish fry for this Lenten season.
WOW!! What a recovery from Week 4, we had for our Fish Fry in Week 5. We served 581 meals last week with spring break in session. I truly believe that we would have been in the high 600's without spring break. We did an amazing job. Great teamwork from everyone. Even though we didn't break the 700 mark , I'm confident that we will reach that milestone this week.
Our Sixth and final Fish Fry is on Friday, March 27th. This week, we need to take down all the tables, steam tables and the warmer box so the Parish Center can be set up for Holy Thursday. So again, thank you all for your tremendous help and support!
We truly have had a wonderful fish fry season. With a lot of support and team effort, we can make this the best last week week ever.
Please find attached sign-up sheet for our sixth Fish Fry of 2026. Please consider signing up for one of the several positions needed and helping with the success of every Fish Fry for 2026.
