Kodingen filetree is being improved...

Lately we were discussing a new filetree with Devrim, and i started to
write a jquery plugin for that. I've listed what we have in mind and
what is partially done, please add your comments, ideas, wishes too.

Already considered improvements are:
- Full drag and drop support
- Resizable functionality
- Selectable functionality (for multiple file selections)
- Keyboard support for better navigation through the file system
