problem with crystal reports

I have created a sall application with vb.net and ms access,the
application is working well but the problem is i want to add reports,i
decided to opt crystal reports....now i've used the built in crystal
reports in visual studio 2005,i've designed simple reports well,they
do work well,they populate data well,when i debug the whole
project,now the problems are
1.when i create a window installer and install on the target pc the
reports does not work,ie they does not populate data as it does at run
time during development.
2.How can i incorparate parameters so as to filter tuples in a
database before displaying in a reports?or inshould say how can i pass
parameters in crystal reports?
3.When i install the aplication in some pc they prompt the message
that they require .net framework version 2..... what should i do
