EV_ERROR conflict between libev and /sys/event.h?

On a fresh working copy, I am trying to build master in xcode, and
it's stumbling on the use of EV_ERROR in the enum at the top of ev.h.

Looks like EV_ERROR is #define'd as something else in event.h.

Has anybody else seen this? Any troubleshooting hints?

That sounds strange since AFAIK we don't include nor use libevent.
Could you try to find out where the event.h header is included?
