Assalamualaikum.
Saya Mohammad Saad bin Abidin dari kulim kedah ingin mengemukakan permohonan bantuan bagi menampung perbelanjaan dan rawatan anak yang mengidap kancer. Attachment diatas adalah surat permohonan dan dokument serta gambar-gambar anak saya sebelum dan selepas mengidap kancer.
Sekiranya ada apa-apa pertanyaan boleh menghubungi saya 012-5351213. Saya berharap sangat bantuan dari pihak tuan dan turut sama mendoakan kesihatan anak saya agar dia kembali sihat. Untuk pengetahuan pihak tuan sebelum anak saya disahkan mengidap kancer saya telah menghantar ke pusat asuhan pasti (sekolah) dan sehingga kini dia tidak dapat lagi meneruskan persekolahan disebabkan daya tahan badannya rendah. Mudah mendapat deman selepas chimotrapi. Bila saya bersama, selalu juga dia bertanya bila nak hantar dia sekolah bersama abang. Dia rindu sangat dengan cikgu. Dia cakap kalau rayyan dah sekolah. Rayyan nak jadi budak pandai. Bila besar boleh jadi doktor dan belikan kereta besar untuk ayah.
