missing forms in excel

So we are using koboforms to collect data on health but some of the forms entered through various devices on kobotoolbox app doesn't show up in the excel. So if 50 forms are submitted from the devices 3-4 go missing while they show up in the sent forms section in the devices
What may be causing this. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, have you reported this to support using the chat bubble at the bottom, right side of the screen? Please let them know the URL of the particular project having trouble so that they can investigate.
