Accessing https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1 using oauth or username and password

Hope you are doing well

After a long day of trials, especially the documentation of Kobotoolbox is really not detailed by examples, I decided to use postman to check what is the best Get request to send to get my form data and access the server. After many trails with postman, I discovered that the only way is to provide user name and password to get the JSON file containing my data.

My question and I hope you can help me please as I am using python to retrieve that data is:

1- how can I formulate a Get request that includes my user name and password and in the same time my form ID to get the results in JSON format?... please note I used the below requests but both are not successful 

                     https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/73168  ...............this one asks for username and passeord and I don't know how to make the proper combination

2- How can I formulate the right Get request using oauth especially I have:

the client ID, the client secret and after sending a Get request .......                     https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/MyUserName/api-token

I got my token but I cannot get any token secret

3- is there any step by step example for accessing the API using any authentication method of the ones mentioned in this page ..........https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/
