How kobo toolbox works offline ?

if i fill form and close browser and then connecet to internet, does the data sent ?

Yes, as long as your record gets saved to the queue (by clicking the Submit or Save Draft button), the data will remain stored in your browser, even if you shut down your computer. The next time you open the Enketo webform, when you have a connection, it will get submitted. Enketo will automatically attempt to submit all queued records that are not marked as draft every 5 minutes. As soon as a submission was confirmed to be successful, it will be removed from the queue (i.e. from your browser storage). 

Click the queue number in the top left to see your queue and read more about this.
