Unknown Enketo preview error

I am experiencing this error when I edit and preview my project. Do you have any solution on this?

Did you check if your form has errors in formulas and so on?

Hi Angelo, I can preview the form by not entering the edit mode.

but when i enter the edit, the error appears when i preview the form.
