Hi Raf,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm forwarding this email to our users list so others can benefit from your question as well. 

Since a recent version update it's no longer possible to have ODK Collect and KoBo Collect installed at the same time on the same device. You need to uninstall one of the two first before being able to install the other through the Play Store.

I have ODK Collect installed up to date. Just saying, since KoboCollect is build on top of ODK collect, there might be issues.
