Pick coordinates from map in Kobo Collect app?

In the 'GPS Demo Form' when you install KoboCollect, selecting a GPS point opens a map window

When I create a form, to add a GPS point, in KoboCollect app, this map window does not open.

I have a button: 'Start Geopoint', and it collects the coordinates etc.But I would like collectors to see the map view, as in the Demo.

On the web-based form, the map is shown, but does not seem to be accessible?
