Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [data-type-xml="decimal

I am using Enketo forms and Kobo Toolbox.  My team is in the field using the forms and two nights ago they started getting the below error and can't enter any data. I haven't changed anything on the forms. We are using iOS and Safari.

"Loading Error

Error occurred during the loading of this form. It is recommended not to use this form for data entry until this is resolved.

Please contact sup...@kobotoolbox.org with the link to this page and the error message below:

- Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [data-type-xml="decimal "

I have emailed support, but haven't heard anything.  Other people seem to be having this problem too.  Any help or suggestion is most appreciated.

It seems like an error that is specific to safari. Other users have had success using another browser on iOS. Can your team install Firefox or chrome?

Thanks for the reply. I tried loading forms into mini Opera, chrome and firefox on iOS and still received the same error.  I am sorry I didn't mention it.  Other users have reported this problem, but no problem on Android (I don't have Android available to test).
