Error getting form list

Hi everyone, I need help on clearing this error. My url is correct and my internet connection functional but after refreshing, i am still getting the same error. Any ideas on how to go around it?

Thanks for your contacting us.  I think you have setup wrong server url in Admin setting . Please try to use correct  server url.  If you have any option to share screen shot , you can share with me. I will try my best to sort out this problem asap.

Thanks so much for your help. I figured that the error was in the url....after correcting it, the error has been cleared.
